731 South Plymouth, Chicago
PRINTER’S ROW PAD
Built in 1897 by Lakeside Press, this historic 731 South Plymouth structure served as a showroom, corporate office, and printing press. While the building was renovated into a residential property in the mid-80s and given new life by 3L Living in 2019, it never lost traces of its industrial beginnings through cast iron windows and a limestone exterior on the building’s south and west facades. The property continues to complement the beautiful architecture and rich culture of the Printer’s Row neighborhood.
Loved living here! Great transition from on campus dorms to private units. The staff are kind and helpful. The property manager actually helped me move my bags into my unit when I first got there. He was very helpful in making my transition from out of state a lot easier, and less scary.
Great! Truly Amazing! I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years. Never had a complaint. The staff is professional, and very courteous.
These guys are great! They go the extra mile to accommodate you and their team is very kind… It’s also very secure- perfect for the visiting student! You’ll also meet nice and interesting people from around the world here.
